We have a 14 day cancellation policy. Unfortunately, if your purchase falls outside of this we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty/not fit for purpose.
We do accept returns and exchanges. Please email email@example.com and will be happy to arrange this for you.
Should you have a change of heart and would prefer to exchange or refund the item, please note all items should be unwashed and in the same condition they delivered to you.
Please do contact us immediately should you have any problems with any item purchased and we will do our very best to resolve the matter quickly and to your satisfaction.
If you would like to cancel a transaction, please email us as soon as possible to allow us time to process your request before we have sent the item(s). Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel the transaction once the courier has collected the parcel or we have posted it.
When we receive an item returned to us, we shall email you to notify you that the item has arrived with us. We shall update you as appropriate. If a refund is appropriate, the credited amount will be applied to the card used to make the original payment and this process should take no more than 3 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
All products are carefully wrapped here at Mabel Child and we hope you are happy with your item. If however you find a fault we will replace the item. Please contact us immediately. If the item is not available we will liaise with you to find a replacement or refund the amount to you. We want you to be happy with your purchases so do contact us with any concerns..
Orders made Abroad:
Please note for any orders made outside of the United Kingdom, in the instance of any delays or items lost in transit, please ensure to contact your local delivery office as once it has been dispatched from ourselves we are no longer responsible for that delivery if there are delays or items lost by the delivery courier. We will however endeavor to provide all tracking information if the situation were to arise.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please be assured that we will pay the cost of returning the item if the product is faulty.
If you are returning an item with a value of more than £50, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item should it become lost in the post.
